Your Order Cancellation Rights
Please select carefully as we do not offer returns or cancellations for change of mind once an order has been shipped. If you have made a mistake, please get it touch with us as soon as possible using our contact form.
For custom orders, meaning any order where item/s are made to order, we do not offer cancellation once customization has commenced.
Conditions for Returns
We offer returns of faulty goods or goods that do not live up to reasonable expectations inline with Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
