For in stock items, we endeavor to ship our orders within 1 business day of receiving your order.
For custom items and bulk runs, we endeavor to have orders shipped within 7 business days. If you have not been notified that your order has been shipped within this time frame, please contact us using the form above.

We ship all our orders using the most efficient postal service available - In most cases, Australia post. Our orders reach most parts of Australia in between 3 and 5 days. You will receive a tracking number for your consignment once your order has been shipped. Please refer to this tracking number for an indication of when you should expect your order to arrive.
